Trinity is  A proud member of the Lutheran Schools of LINcoln

Trinity Lutheran School is one of five Christian private schools in Lincoln, Nebraska—four elementary and one middle/high school—that collectively equip students from kindergarten through 12th grade with a high-quality, Christ-centered education and a close-knit, supportive community for their families. LSL schools are dedicated to educating the WHOLE child—academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually—at every grade level.

LSL - A Supportive, Extended School Community

Trinity students have the opportunity to interact with students from the other Lutheran Schools of Lincoln in a number of fun ways during the school year. Having positive, Christian peer and mentor interactions helps children grow strong in their faith, character, and love of Jesus.

  • LSL All-School ChAPel

Each January, the students of all of the Lutheran Schools of Lincoln gather together to attend a joint chapel service to celebrate National Lutheran Lutheran Schools Week. This service serves as a powerful reminder of the faith, unity, and love that define our community.

  • LSL Spelling Bee

Trinity Lutheran holds a spelling bee for students in grades third through fifth each year. The top finishers go on to compete in the Lutheran Schools of Lincoln Spelling Bee held each March. The location of the LSL Spelling Bee rotates among the LSL elementary schools.

  • LSL Track Meet

Each year, the third through fifth graders from each of the four LSL elementary schools compete in a track meet at Concordia University, Seward. This is a fun, encouraging event that celebrates athletics and team spirit.

  • Connections with Middle & High School Students

Trinity students have frequent interactions with the Middle and High School students of Lincoln Lutheran. These include:

    • Trinity classes cheer for LL teams departing for state-level competitions.
    • LL middle school students visit Trinity classrooms to create art projects and read together during Middle School Service Day.
