Children may be brought to Trinity as early as 7:00 a.m. and be picked up as late as 5:45 p.m.. Any family who wants or needs to utilize Extended School Day care can sign up on an as-needed basis. ESD staff is available every regular school day as well as on some non-school days.
Before school care is supervised by two adults from 7:00 a.m. to 8:05 a.m.. Children can play board games, draw pictures, do puzzles, work on school work, or talk quietly with their friends. At 8:05 a.m. the children are dismissed to their classrooms.
After school care runs from 3:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.. Children can play outside or in the gym, play games, and work on homework. Older students have a scheduled homework time from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.. A staff member is available to help students with homework during this time. A snack and juice are served to all ESD students at 4:00 p.m..

ESD is included in the tuition rate for Early Childhood children who attend full days.
For other students the rates are:
- Before School Care: Flat rate of $7.50
- After School Care: $8.00/hour (billed to the minute)
Non-School Day Child Care
All day child care is offered on non-school days with the exception of major holidays and special days as shown on the school calendar. Child care is provided from 7:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.. Activities such as games, crafts projects, cooking projects, field trips, and movies are provided on these days. Children must be pre-registered to participate. Sign-up is done online prior to the non-school day. Child care is not offered when school is canceled due to inclement weather, poor road conditions, or other emergencies determined by the principal.

Non-school days are included for ECE students only if the non-school day occurs on the child’s regularly scheduled school day. You must still sign-up for every non-school day by the deadline given to ensure adequate staffing on those days. If not signed up, a $30.00 fee will apply.
