We are the Singing School
At Trinity Lutheran School we believe music education is essential to educating the whole child. We offer music classes and two choirs to ensure students are exposed to such a wonderful art form and gift from God. In addition, Kindergarten – 5th Grade students participate in choir twice a week. When people think of Trinity Lutheran School, our music program often comes to mind.
Music Classes
Toddlers – 5th Grade participate in Music Class twice a week. Students of all ages have the opportunity to learn and experiment with different instruments. Elementary students learn to read music. Our 4th Grade students learn to play the recorder. 5th Grade students have the option to participate in a beginning band with Mr. Werner, the Instrumental Music Instructor from Lincoln Lutheran.
Choirs
Our choirs, both the ECE choir and the Trinity Singers (K-5), sing at different Chapel services throughout the year, at worship services at Trinity Lutheran Church, and at our annual Christmas Program, Fine Arts Extravaganza, and other special events.
The Trinity Singers have performed all over Lincoln for a variety of activities including Lincoln Stars Hockey Games, Lincoln Lutheran games, People’s City Mission’s Starry Night Christmas Tree Festival, the Christmas Tree Lighting at the Nebraska State Capitol, and nursing homes and assisted living facilities around Lincoln.

We are very thankful to have our children in a loving environment where they can lean on God and trust Him in all things, growing in His word and maturing their faith.”
