Enrollment and Fundraising Coordinator
General responsibilities include student recruitment and retention through marketing of various school, early childhood, and church ministries. These marketing efforts will include maintenance of the church and school website and social media platforms, development of print and digital materials, alumni engagement, and assisting with public events for the school and church. This position will be responsible for coordinating fundraising efforts by taking the leadership role with established fundraisers, label redemption programs, Thrivent programs, and further development of third-source funding opportunities.
The ideal candidate needs to be a people person, have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and must enjoy working with children and families. Individuals who are members of, or familiar with the mission and beliefs of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with WordPress or a similar website platform, current social media platforms, and computer proficiency is required. All candidates are subject to a background check.
This is a part time position not to exceed 29.5 hours per week and is not a remote position. Hourly rate of $17-$20/hour based on qualifications and experience.
